Stackable lightweight notices

Multiple notices no longer replace one another. New notices enter at the bottom while earlier notices remain stacked above them.
Each notice receives an independent display time based on its tone, text length, and CJK character weight; timers pause while the page is in the background.
When any notice expires, the remaining notices settle smoothly into place. Narrow and wide layouts cap the visible stack separately, with additional notices waiting their turn.

An identical notice with the same tone refreshes its own display time in place instead of adding another row.
During refresh, the old notice surface moves right and fades out while the new surface enters from the left, moves right, and fades in. Reduced-motion mode keeps only the opacity change.

The 12 non-empty logical-line limit for landscape cards is now shown inside the Lyrics step instead of as a temporary notice, and focus returns directly to the lyric input.
The warning clears automatically once the content fits, can also be dismissed manually, and behaves consistently in Desktop and Web Lite.

Automated coverage now includes variable timing, repeated refreshes, independent exits, pending promotion, and background timer pauses.
Stack order, horizontal slide-and-fade motion, landscape guidance, accessible announcements, and Desktop/Web Lite interactions are covered by regression tests.
