Fixes and improvements

Remove the language selection dialog on first launch and open directly in the editor.
When no language is saved, match the six supported languages in system preference order; use English if none match or the list cannot be read.
Recognize Simplified and Traditional Chinese and regional variants. Preserve saved language choices, with changes available in Settings.
Web Lite also checks browser languages in preference order. The desktop editor becomes visible after language preferences have loaded.
