AI connection checks and error messages

AI connection tests reject HTML, error JSON, empty responses and invalid completion envelopes even when HTTP succeeds. Valid empty content and truncated reasoning responses remain supported.
Desktop connection tests and translations preserve known error codes, showing specific guidance for missing API keys or models, unreadable saved keys and provider errors.
Provider diagnostics are redacted and length-limited before display. Timeouts, cancellation, response limits and the no-redirect policy remain enforced.
