Reliable update checks and in-app installation

• The desktop app checks the latest stable release through the system proxy without depending on the anonymous GitHub API quota.
• After consent, the app downloads and verifies the installer with SHA-512. Downloads can be cancelled and failures retried.
• The app saves drafts and settings before closing, installing, and reopening. A save failure leaves the editor open.
• Releases now include latest.yml, verified against the installer version, filename, size, and checksum.
• Earlier versions cannot install updates in the app. Install v6.3.1 manually once to enable the new update flow.
