Draft and export lifecycle fixes
- Preserve automatic draft recovery when reducing the history limit, including full rollback if saving settings fails (#186).
- Collect unreferenced draft covers while retaining history and recovery-backup references. Orphans receive a 24-hour grace period and are swept at startup, after history changes, and hourly (#187).
- Keep the original snapshot image alive when a local cover is replaced or cleared during Web Lite export or clipboard output (#188).
