v5.8.2 refines the visual hierarchy of step two, Lyrics. The existing command bar, lyric editor, Cleanup and Translation sidebar, Review, and Fetch Lyrics entry points remain in place, but they are no longer wrapped in a full-page solid workspace slab.
A lyric workspace on the app canvas
- The workspace, command bar, status copy, and desktop sidebar now use transparent layers, allowing the app background to continue naturally through step two.
- Command order and behavior are unchanged. Routine controls use a lighter transparent resting state and reveal boundaries on hover, focus, or selection.
- The Cleanup and Translation sidebar keeps its existing tabs and tool groups, organized with headings, spacing, fine dividers, and an accent indicator.
Emphasis only where it is useful
- The lyric editor becomes the sole primary content surface, with a lighter translucent fill and fine border that gain contrast while focused.
- Fetch Lyrics, Review, AI translation, operation feedback, and risky-operation previews retain compact bounded panels so critical information remains distinct.
- The 52 px collapsed tool rail becomes a transparent icon column. The narrow-screen overlay drawer retains its solid surface, shadow, and modal boundary.
Preserved behavior and compatibility
- Shared scrolling, selection anchors, operation-level undo and redo, explicit scope, synchronized two-column cleanup, resizing, and collapse restoration are unchanged.
- The six-step Stepper, Back and Next navigation, 36-line export boundary, and the rule that step two has no visible preview are unchanged.
- The new treatment continues to support dark, light, and Acrylic themes together with keyboard access, ARIA, focus feedback, and reduced motion.
